Mel was born and raised on the Texas Gulf Coast, but has called Austin home the last decade.  With a degree in Culinary Arts she has worked with the best in Austin: New Waterloo, Odd Duck, and Hai Hospitality. Mel started working for Camille at Elsie Event Co in 2019 as well as  Austin Proper Hotel where she customized experiences for guests. In her free time, Mel loves to cook new dishes, travel, try new restaurants in town. Her corgi, Nala, is her favorite hang!

Raised in Austin, in a large family,  Kendall learned to be the calm during the storm. This

blended with her love of hosting and creating memories she fell in love with event planning!

At The University of Sam Houston State she served as the fundraising chair for the Student

Alumni Association, as well as the events coordinator for the Dean’s office of The College of Criminal Justice. After University she followed her love of events to the East Coast where she worked to create intimate corporate events for a wide range of clients. Missing Austin she relocated back to Texas in

winter of 2021 to work for Gina at The Whitt Experience. While not working on events, she is always planning her next travel adventure with friends and family.

Elisa attended the University of Texas and earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Advertising. She was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and has been designing and writing for as long as she can remember! She has been recognized for her work on national brands such as NASCAR and Chipotle. When she’s not scribbling away, you can catch her gallivanting around the Austin outdoors with her friends.
